VENCorp (Victorian Energy Networks Corporation) is responsible for the efficient operation of gas and electricity industries in Victoria, Australia. VENCorp, which was established in December 1997, is a Victorian State Government-owned entity within Victoria's privatised energy industries.
The VENCorp systems are built on a webMethods platform and utilise the ebXML secure XML protocol.
VENCorp is now part of the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO).
