Utilisoft selected by TRUenergy
Melbourne, Friday 1st October 2010. Utilisoft Pty Ltd, a Bglobal plc company (AIM:BGBL), and a leading global provider of energy market integration solutions, has signed a contract to supply software and services to meet the requirements of Australian energy retailer TRUenergy.
Utilisoft will supply its GateKeeper4 software to enable TRUenergy to manage energy market transactions at both the corporate and departmental level. GateKeeper4 and the Standing Data Repository will form a critical component of the Advanced Metering Initiative (“AMI”) program that TRUenergy is currently rolling out to handle the increased volume and complexity of transactions that have occurred as a result of the smart meter rollout currently underway in Victoria and the nationwide rollout which is planned for the near future.
