Web & J2EE Developer (Intermediate Level)
This role requires:
- Proven track record in development
- Effective face-to-face communication skills in interfacing with key project stakeholders
- Analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience in Utilities preferred
A deep understanding of the following technologies is required:
- J2EE Development (2-3 years)
- Spring (1 year)
- Hibernate (1 year)
- Struts Framework, Tiles, JSTL (1-2 years)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (1-2 years)
.NET / Web Developer (Intermediate Level)
This role requires:
- Proven track record in development
- Effective face-to-face communication skills in interfacing with key project stakeholders
- Analysis and requirements gathering
- Mandatory MCP qualifications / certification
- Experience in Utilities preferred
A deep understanding of the following technologies is required:
- .NET Framework (1.1 / 2.0) (2+ years)
- ASP.NET / VB.NET / C#.NET
- Web Services
- SOAP
- Visual Studio 2005 / 2008
- SQL 2005 / 2008
- UI Development
- HTML / DHTML
- XML / XML Schemas
These roles require a clear and practical understanding of the SDLC and Agile development methodologies (Utilisoft uses the SCRUM methodology). Tertiary qualifications are required for this role and postgraduate studies will be viewed favourably.
